Details

We are the engineering team behind the world’s largest over-the-counter (OTC) electronic trading (ET) platform encompassing Fixed Income bonds, ETFs, Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), and Credit Default Swaps (CDS). Our platform offers end-to-end trading workflows including price discovery, real-time analytics/pricing, execution, allocation, and straight-through processing (STP), all fully integrated with the Bloomberg Terminal and enterprise solutions.

Our platforms have been at the heart of recent market structure changes driven by trade automation, portfolio trading, ETFs and regulation. Some of the biggest money managers rely on our platform to manage and execute portfolios. Clients are looking to reduce costs by switching to more automated and efficient ways of trading, and regulators are pushing for more transparency and systemic controls.

As a senior software engineer you’ll join a full-stack, UI-focused engineering team that’s reimagining how clients interact with Bloomberg’s Electronic Trading products. The team’s mission is to deliver cohesive, flexible, and performant workflows that adapt as client needs evolve. Stability, availability, low-latency and flexibility are important elements of the platform.
