  • Guide diverse engineering efforts using an agile program methodology covering planning, prioritization, design, dependency management, implementation, and execution.
  • Apply a data-first approach using metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create effective communication channels to provide audiences at varying levels with insights into program status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Act as a technical and non-technical liaison between developers, customers, and partners to drive alignment across a multifunctional, matrixed group of leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 12+ years of experience across software or hardware engineering and/or technical program management, with demonstrated expertise in technical and management practices.
  • Prior experience with infrastructure software, production application software development, and large-scale distributed computing.
  • Experience handling large-scale EDA infrastructure with various CPU/GPU architectures, along with extensive understanding of semiconductor design and manufacturing processes and associated EDA tools and flows.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, thoroughness, and rapid context switching.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and leading project management tools.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to identifying and implementing improvements in software engineering and release management within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience with infrastructure cluster buildouts and NPI hardware evaluation.
  • Experience modernizing EDA infrastructure solutions and capabilities to provide a Platform as a Product offering.
  • Experience migrating platforms and solutions from on-premises environments to the cloud.
  • Experience with software development, release and support methodologies, and DevOps.
