Responsibilities

Develop and manage platforms and solutions to minimize financial and regulatory risk while maintaining an excellent user experience.
Transform business challenges into scalable and effective engineering solutions.
Partner with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, product, policy, legal, operations, and data science teams.
Diagnose and resolve production issues across various services and throughout the technology stack.
Enhance engineering standards, improve tooling, and optimize processes.
Proactively identify, analyze, and swiftly mitigate emerging risk patterns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, followed by 2 years of Software Engineering experience.
2 years of experience developing software solutions using Python, Java, or Ruby.
2 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems.
2 years of experience translating business requirements into tangible software requirements and system designs.
2 years of experience identifying and resolving production issues spanning multiple services and stack layers.
2 years of experience performing data-driven investigations and analysis to inform decision-making using SQL and visualization software.

Compensation

Salary: $156,800–$235,200 per year.
40 hours per week.
50% telecommuting permitted.
