The Cooperative AI team is building an AI-powered knowledge system that evolves as products, systems, and customers evolve. The team uses OpenAI technologies to support and automate operations for internal and external customers globally, including customer support, integrity, and product insights.

The team focuses on knowledge systems, automation systems, and automated agent systems, using internal customer use cases to prove impact and scale effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new platform capabilities and integrations with other systems.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, information systems architects, and internal customers to understand problems and implement effective solutions.
Work with product and research teams to share relevant feedback and iterate on applying the latest models.
Build production-ready platform architecture and use new technologies and paradigms to enable functional and delightful interactions and automations.
Establish foundational details such as data models, architecture, and security in support of effective products.

Requirements

Experience in software engineering and end-to-end development of platform capabilities and system integrations.
Ability to work with production-ready platform architecture, data models, security, and AI-based implementations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, data scientists, information systems architects, product teams, research teams, and internal customers.
Customer-centric approach and ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
