- Facilitate colocation planning through clear, data-driven discussions with data center operations.
- Establish and lead a standard monthly and quarterly operating rhythm with business partners, including prioritization forums, funding alignment, and capacity readouts.
- Build an execution insight layer and remain connected to operational health, incidents, and improvement projects across domains.
- Ensure intake and planning decisions account for operational realities.
- Establish cross-organizational governance and operating cadences, including intake forums and allocation reviews.
- Partner with Finance on portfolio-level spend reviews and with Business Operations on contract renewal planning.

- Experience building intake and demand management processes in a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic programs with competing priorities and constrained resources.
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to translate technical constraints into clear leadership decisions.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in infrastructure environments with 100% or greater year-over-year growth.
- Multi-domain infrastructure expertise.
- Experience building operational dashboards and Day 2 metrics from scratch.
