Who We Are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Stripe’s mission is to increase the GDP of the internet.

About the Team

Link is a rapidly growing consumer network with more than 300 million registered consumers. Its mission is to make commerce seamless by helping merchants improve conversion and reduce costs while giving consumers a flexible digital wallet.

The team is expanding beyond payments into identity and consumer finance. Link operates across payment methods, money movement, fraud and authorization, consumer accounts and identity, and consumer preferences. The Technical Program Manager will help align these interconnected workstreams and build integrations between Link and other parts of Stripe.

Responsibilities

  • Define programs across Link’s payment, identity, and consumer finance initiatives, including scoping, setting objectives, defining success criteria, and influencing resource allocation.
  • Apply prioritization and decision-making frameworks to drive high-velocity, durable decisions.
  • Identify obstacles and risks across cross-functional workstreams, communicate them to stakeholders, and develop plans to address and prevent recurrence.
  • Represent the needs of Link’s consumers and merchants, translating user needs into clear program objectives.
  • Drive clarity across stakeholders on goals, problems, and intended outcomes while coordinating across Link sub-teams, dependencies, and peer organizations across Stripe.
  • Develop a point of view on Link’s product development strategy and define programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Understand technical challenges across Link’s systems, payment flows, identity infrastructure, fraud and risk models, and money movement, partnering with engineering leads to define effective delivery paths.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management or technical program management experience, including managing programs across all phases of software development.
  • Proven experience defining and executing complex programs across multiple functions in consumer-facing or payments products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, bring clarity to multi-stakeholder problems, and drive teams toward effective solutions.
  • Working knowledge of API design and high-level system architecture sufficient to partner with engineering teams on program delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consumer network products, digital wallets, or payments platforms at scale.
  • Familiarity with fraud and risk systems, identity verification, or financial compliance in a consumer product context.
  • Experience working across payments infrastructure and consumer-facing product teams simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with go-to-market, sales, or merchant-facing teams to deliver cross-functional outcomes.
