The role focuses on helping millions take back control of their online security, privacy, and data through high-quality Android application testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for an Android application using Kotlin.
• Design, implement, and execute automated tests for new and existing features.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and manual QA team members to define test plans and strategies.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with the development team to resolve defects.
• Continuously improve the automation framework and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate test coverage for regression and feature testing.
• Contribute to quality best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement in QA processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Android test automation using Kotlin or Java.
• Experience with Android testing frameworks such as Espresso, UIAutomator, or Appium.
• Experience working in Android Studio.
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or XRAY.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or LoadRunner.
