Details

NordPass is a password manager used by millions of people and thousands of businesses to protect their most sensitive data. The MUSE multiplatform team, consisting of 10 engineers, is responsible for B2B NordPass features such as shared folders and subfolders, shared items, the sharing hub, and permission granularity.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated end-to-end, API, integration, and regression tests.
  • Write automated tests for products across web, browser extensions, Electron desktop apps, and native mobile apps.
  • Report defects and work with developers to fix them.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other QA engineers on test plans and strategy.
  • Reduce flaky tests, increase test coverage, and help raise quality standards across the company.
  • Review code and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation for web, desktop, or mobile products.
  • Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright or a similar tool, including page objects, fixtures, and cross-browser runs.
  • Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, the Playwright request API, or similar tools.
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for tests.
  • Strong understanding of test design, including the test pyramid, risk-based testing, test data management, and handling flaky tests.
  • Confidence with Git and Node.js tooling.
  • Effective use of AI coding tools.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for breaking things.
  • Direct, clear communication and fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

  • Accessibility testing experience, including WCAG 2.x, axe-core, and screen readers.
  • Visual regression testing experience.
  • Performance testing experience.
  • Basic security knowledge, including encryption, authentication flows, and OWASP.

The salary range is zł 14,500–zł 26,800 gross per month.
