Details

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. The Internal System Org empowers business-critical financial domains including Finance and Strategy, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Product Experience, and go-to-market. The Financial Enablement team acts as the centralized data analytics team for the Internal System Org, supporting Finance and Strategy, go-to-market, Accounting, and Product teams through dataset development, data analytics, dashboards, AI, and operational efficiency enhancements.

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis, identify trends, conduct research, and build visualizations to deliver objective, critical insights that fulfill stakeholder business needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Strategy, Accounting, Product, Tax, User Billing, Seller System, and Sales Operations, to align on financial goals and drive revenue growth.
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to help define product solutions.
Leverage AI tools to improve teamwork efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM major, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering, and 4+ years of experience in data analysis.
Strong problem-solving ability, proficiency with SQL, including a minimum of 3 years of advanced SQL experience, and a strong understanding of data relationships.
Experience working with large datasets.
Strong project management skills.
Domain knowledge in Finance, Accounting, and go-to-market.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as high-growth fintech or technology companies or management consulting.
Experience working with Product Managers, Engineers, go-to-market, Accounting, or Finance teams.
Experience working with financial datasets.
Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code and Kai.
A qualification in Accounting or Finance, or CPA or CFA certification.
