Details
The Core Product COO organization defines and scales the operating model that enables Core Product to execute consistently, make informed business decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes across Bloomberg's product portfolio.
The role leads the Core Product measurement strategy, establishing KPI frameworks, insights, and executive decision support that drive product investment, customer adoption, and business outcomes. The position partners closely with Core Product business leads and Bloomberg's Customer Insights & Analytics team to develop documentation and reporting for Core Product leadership and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Own Core Product KPI frameworks and product performance standards for traditional Terminal functionality and ASKB.
- Define and evolve executive reporting that enables leadership to monitor product health, user adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Insights & Analytics to establish instrumentation requirements and ensure products are measurable from launch through maturity.
- Analyze product adoption, engagement, customer segmentation, and usage patterns to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and investment.
- Partner with Customer Insights & Analytics to maintain the backlog and prioritize reporting and analytics initiatives supporting Core Product and Sales organizations.
- Define success metrics for AI-powered capabilities, including user adoption, engagement, business impact, and model performance where appropriate.
- Translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations that influence product roadmaps, portfolio priorities, and executive decision-making.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product, Data, or Business Operations.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Experience defining KPI frameworks and executive reporting.
- Experience measuring product adoption, engagement, retention, and customer success across B2B or enterprise software products.
- Experience defining and evaluating success metrics for AI-powered products and capabilities, including user adoption, business impact, and model performance.
Benefits
The salary range is $180,000–$250,000 USD annually, plus benefits and bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education, training, and skill level.
