Details
GitLab is seeking a Revenue Technology Analyst to support and maintain the technology stack that powers its go-to-market teams. The role partners with Revenue Operations, Pre- and Post-Sales Strategy, Enablement, IT, Privacy, Legal, Finance, and other teams to identify process gaps, support integrations and automations, and translate business needs into technical solutions. The position is fully remote and works under the direction of senior team members; the team does not own Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool technology stack.
- Support provisioning, user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for revenue technology tools.
- Support stakeholder requests and communications across the revenue technology stack.
- Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations; recommend improvements and assist with implementation and expansion of the technology stack.
- Help evaluate new solutions as needed.
- Support vendor coordination, procurement, renewals, and quarterly business reviews in partnership with IT, Privacy, Legal, and Finance.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, IT, Enablement, Privacy and Legal, Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Sales Data Analytics to support tool implementation, adoption, and aligned reporting definitions.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools in partnership with Revenue Operations and Strategy.
- Document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance to enable first-tier sales support and self-service.
- Use internal AI solutions to automate and streamline Revenue Technology team processes and go-to-market workflows.
Tools include Gong, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and adjacent revenue technology tools.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics roles supporting go-to-market teams.
- Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools, such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata, or similar tools.
- Understanding of system integrations, automations, permissions, data management, and how systems connect and share data.
- Experience using AI in daily workflows, ideally including building agents and artifacts that improve productivity.
- Exposure to workflow support, tooling changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, rollouts, requirements gathering, implementation planning, or enablement.
- Ability to identify workflow, process, and tooling gaps and turn them into practical improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience building or supporting reporting and dashboards.
- Clear, inclusive communication and the ability to collaborate across technical, revenue, strategy, legal, privacy, and enablement teams.
- Ability to work effectively in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, prioritize work, and communicate proactively.
- Familiarity with Workato, Zapier, large language model-powered workflows, business-to-business SaaS go-to-market motions, Salesforce reporting, business intelligence, SQL, or Python is helpful but not required.

Compensation
The United States base salary range for this role is $95,200–$160,800 USD. The range does not include bonuses, equity, or benefits. Salary ranges are determined based on factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data, and geographic location.
