Details
The Core Product COO organization defines and scales the operating model that enables Core Product to execute consistently, make informed business decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes across Bloomberg's product portfolio.
The role leads enterprise transformation initiatives across tooling, workflows, and operating models. It partners with Core Product teams to understand business needs from a process and tooling perspective and collaborates with Core Product, Engineering, ProdX, and other teams to implement scalable processes and tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own the evolution and optimization of Core Product's enterprise planning and operational tooling, including the rollout of Airtable-based workflows, to improve visibility, governance, and cross-functional execution.
- Lead the evolution of AI-enabled tooling for Core Product internal teams.
- Lead enterprise transformation programs.
- Drive tooling modernization and workflow automation.
- Standardize governance and operating processes.
- Lead cross-functional execution and change management.
- Improve scalability and operational effectiveness.
- Embed operational resilience into business processes.
- Drive onboarding and enablement for new tools and processes across the Core Product organization.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience leading transformation, operations, or consulting initiatives.
- Experience leading enterprise tooling implementations and rollouts across large, matrixed organizations.
- Experience implementing enterprise operating models.
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
