At Nord Security, you’ll help create a safer cyber future by analyzing financial and operational data and turning complex datasets into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dbt models that transform raw financial and operational data into documented, reliable datasets for group-wide use.
  • Deliver and automate standardized and ad hoc reporting, ensuring recurring outputs are produced consistently without manual intervention.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify root causes, interdependencies, and emerging trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the data structures underpinning group reporting, including data models, database structures, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Partner with finance, operations, and engineering teams to standardize data definitions, processes, and procedures across the group.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably supporting group finance or operations functions.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, with the ability to write readable, maintainable, and efficient queries.
  • Proven experience translating complex datasets into business decisions.
  • Experience building reports in a modern business intelligence platform such as Power BI, Looker, or a comparable tool.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders across functions, including non-technical audiences.
  • Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt is an advantage.
