At Nord Security’s B2B team, designers help create cybersecurity products and campaigns that enable businesses to protect themselves and their data.

Design static, animated, and video ad creatives for paid channels, including Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborate with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to align creative work with campaign goals and live performance data.
Analyze creative-level metrics, including CTR, CPA, and ROAS, to determine what to test next.
Run hypothesis, variant, test, and learn cycles.
Build reusable master files to keep iteration fast and organized.
Track competitor ads and emerging formats.
Contribute to a shared creative learning library documenting what works, what does not, and why.

Strong static and motion ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes.
Proficiency with a modern design and motion toolset, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or equivalent tools.
Solid understanding of typography and visual hierarchy, including in compact ad formats.
Ability to interpret paid media metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS and translate them into creative decisions.
Ability to produce a high volume of quality variants without compromising quality.
Ownership of projects end to end, from brief to final export, delivered on time.
Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization.
