Details

At NordPass, you will help develop and maintain systems for a password manager trusted by more than 7 million users and 10,000 global companies. The role focuses on building secure, maintainable backend solutions for the Business Onboarding & Setup Team.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of new features and maintenance of existing systems.
Deliver high-quality, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code.
Participate in technical design decisions, refine processes, and contribute to the strategic direction of the product.
Participate in and facilitate team ceremonies and improve team processes.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience working with PHP and codebases built with PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Slim.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, and design patterns.
Understanding of core CI/CD principles, unit testing, and integration testing.
A product engineering mindset focused on problems, outcomes, and impact.

Bonus Skills

Experience implementing and optimizing secure authentication flows, including OAuth, OIDC, and JWT, as well as Identity and Access Management solutions.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to support engineering tasks such as code generation, test creation, performance tuning, and debugging, with ownership of the resulting outputs.
Experience with AWS services such as SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, ECS, and S3.
Familiarity with cryptography.
Familiarity with Kubernetes.
