At Nord Security’s B2B team, you will help create cybersecurity products that enable businesses to protect themselves and their data. The team works across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and data to deliver secure, scalable solutions trusted by companies worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design static, animated, and video ad creatives for paid channels, including Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, and others.
• Work with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to align creative with campaign goals and live performance data.
• Analyze creative-level metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS to determine what to test next.
• Run hypothesis, variant, test, and learning cycles.
• Build reusable master files to support fast and clean iteration.
• Track competitor ads and emerging formats.
• Contribute to a shared creative learning library documenting what works, what does not, and why.

Requirements

• Strong static and motion ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes.
• Confidence with a modern design and motion toolset, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of typography and visual hierarchy, including in tight ad formats.
• Ability to read paid media metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS and translate them into creative decisions.
• Ability to produce a high volume of quality variants without compromising quality.
• Ability to own projects end to end, from brief to final export, on time and without silent stalling.
• Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization.

The salary range is €2,700–€4,200 gross per month.
