Details

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises, supporting workloads from data and model training through production deployment. The company operates globally, with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America, and Israel.

As a Data Center Technician, you will help maintain and optimize IT infrastructure in the data center, including the advanced H200 GPU cloud cluster. This shift-based role involves troubleshooting hardware issues, performing hardware and network diagnostics, carrying out physical repairs, and ensuring the reliable operation of critical systems. Occasional travel between data center locations may be required. The role is based in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve IT hardware issues to support continuous data center infrastructure operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Install, upgrade, and dismantle hardware based on operational requests and requirements.
  • Manage and maintain fiber optic cable and patch cord connectivity.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor regular IT tasks to maintain and improve infrastructure operations.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) according to established manuals and procedures.
  • Develop clear documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including teams and executives.
  • Lead and manage specific workflows, processes, and projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress on specific projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues.
  • Solid understanding of data center operations and server and network equipment principles.
  • Basic proficiency with the Linux operating system and command-line tools.
  • Practical experience working with server IT hardware, enterprise-grade network switches, and fiber optic cables.
  • Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, lists, and graph creation.
  • Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid driving license.
  • Project planning skills.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rate of $30.00–$45.00, based on experience.
