Details

Nebius is building cloud infrastructure for the AI economy and is expanding its global data center operations. This role offers hands-on work with data center IT infrastructure, contributing to performance, customer satisfaction, and new data center projects. The position is shift-based and may require occasional travel between data center locations. You are welcome to work in our colocation in Vineland, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to IT hardware to ensure continuous support of the data center IT infrastructure.
  • Perform hardware and network diagnostics, carry out physical repairs, and install, upgrade, and dismantle hardware based on operational requests.
  • Manage and maintain connectivity of fiber optic cables and patch cords.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor regular IT tasks to maintain and improve IT infrastructure operations.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in compliance with established manuals and procedures.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and support monitoring and evaluation of project progress.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues.
  • Solid understanding of data center operations and server & network equipment principles.
  • Basic proficiency with the Linux operating system and familiarity with command-line tools.
  • Practical experience with server IT hardware, enterprise-grade network switches, and fiber optic cabling.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lists, graphs).
  • Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented approach to work.

Nice to have

  • Valid driving license.
  • Project planning skills.
  • Experience working with GPU clusters (the role involves working with advanced H200 GPU cloud cluster).

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $25/hr - $40/hr (based on experience).
