Details

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform supporting developers and enterprises from data and model training through production deployment. The role supports IT infrastructure within a data center environment, including modern technologies such as the H200 GPU cloud cluster.

This is a shift-based, hands-on role focused on troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues, performing hardware and network diagnostics, carrying out physical repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. Occasional travel between data center locations may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to IT hardware to ensure continuous support of the data center's IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Install, upgrade, and dismantle hardware based on operational requests and requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the connectivity of fiber optic cables and patch cords.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor regular IT tasks to maintain and improve infrastructure operations.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in compliance with established manuals and procedures.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including teams and executives.
  • Lead and manage specific workflows, processes, and projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress on specific projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues.
  • Solid understanding of data center operations and server and network equipment principles.
  • Basic proficiency with the Linux operating system and familiarity with command-line tools.
  • Practical experience working with server IT hardware, enterprise-grade network switches, and fiber optic cables.
  • Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lists, and graph creation.
  • Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented approach to work.
