Stripe’s mission is to increase the GDP of the internet.
About the Team
The Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning Strategy and Operations team works at the intersection of corporate planning, GTM Strategy, Product, GTM, and Regional Strategy and Operations. The team is responsible for ensuring that Stripe’s annual rhythm is delivered smoothly and on time, including:
- Building and implementing tooling, process, and strategic foundations for the next cycle

- Managing in-year account, territory, quota, and adjustment operations
The Central Policy and Operations team owns the processes, systems, and automation that support territory management, account placement, segmentation, and business adjustments at scale. The team processes more than 10,000 account movements per month and operates critical workflows for the entire GTM organization.

- Build audit frameworks, compliance metrics, and governance processes for scaled systems, including territory assignments, quota, workflows, and adjustment approvals
- Establish documentation, process architecture, and AI-ready task design to support leadership visibility, vendor onboarding, and repeatable delegation
- Anticipate and resolve system integration risks involving data movement between Salesforce, territory engines, and reporting infrastructure
- Redesign processes before automating them where appropriate, ensuring that operational systems are scalable, auditable, documented, and delegatable
