Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, growth infrastructure, revenue systems, or an adjacent technical function, including experience building or leading at meaningful scale.
- Understanding of CRM, marketing automation, campaign operations, customer data, lifecycle journeys, lead management, account-based marketing, attribution, reporting, and funnel performance.
- Ability to engage deeply on APIs, data models, integrations, automation, AI workflows, agents, experimentation, and system architecture.
- Strong judgment about when to buy, build, or combine solutions, with experience creating a product, platform, workflow, company, or operating model that materially changed how people work.
- Extensive use of AI and firsthand experience building or experimenting with AI-powered tools, workflows, agents, or applications.
- Ability to connect product-led adoption signals with B2B marketing and sales motions to drive team and enterprise growth.
- Ability to attract and lead technical talent while partnering effectively with engineers and specialists across the company.
