Details

GTM Growth Engineering builds AI-native products and systems that help go-to-market and B2B marketing organizations operate with greater speed, focus, and leverage. The team builds infrastructure and user experiences for customer context, prioritization, routing, campaign execution, review surfaces, feedback loops, and measurement.

The role involves building AI-powered products and full-stack experiences for GTM Growth Engineering. The engineer will own meaningful product slices end to end, including user experience, frontend implementation, backend APIs, integrations, data models, instrumentation, and launch readiness. The role partners with Product, Design, Data Science, Sales, B2B Marketing, and operations teams to ship systems that improve customer engagement, pipeline, conversion, and team productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered products and workflows that help sales and B2B marketing teams identify opportunities, coordinate work, and engage customers more effectively.
  • Own full-stack product experiences from prototype through launch, instrumentation, iteration, and production hardening.
  • Design intuitive user journeys combining polished interfaces, reliable services, structured data, and practical AI capabilities.
  • Create product surfaces that help people review, supervise, and improve automated or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Build reliable frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal tools and business systems.
  • Use telemetry, qualitative feedback, product metrics, and experimentation to understand adoption, friction, quality, and business impact.
  • Translate ambiguous customer and operational problems into product requirements, pragmatic technical decisions, and working software.
  • Balance speed, product quality, accessibility, reliability, privacy, safety, and operational simplicity.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Sales, B2B Marketing, operations, and other go-to-market stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a software, product, or full-stack engineer building high-quality, user-facing products.
  • Strong frontend or full-stack engineering skills, with experience across modern web applications, APIs, data models, and stateful user experiences.
  • Strong product judgment and a track record of turning ambiguous ideas into shipped, useful products.
  • Experience building in 0-to-1 or fast-moving environments where user needs, product direction, and success metrics are evolving.
  • Interest in applying AI thoughtfully to real workflows and building products that help people do better work.
  • High standards for UX quality, interaction details, accessibility, reliability, and user empathy.
  • Ability to use product data, qualitative feedback, and experimentation to identify friction and improve outcomes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to cross-functional partners.
  • Sound judgment when building products involving customer data, business processes, and important operational decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building GTM, sales, B2B marketing, growth, revenue, customer-support, or internal-product systems.
  • Experience building AI-powered applications, agent-assisted workflows, or products integrating language models.
  • Experience with product analytics, experimentation, telemetry, feedback loops, or lightweight evaluation systems.
  • Experience building products where reliability, privacy, safety, human oversight, and customer trust matter.
  • Experience building products used by both individual contributors and organizations, including administration, reporting, or operational workflows.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts.
  • Pre-tax accounts for health and dependent care expenses, parking, and transit.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Paid parental, medical, and caregiver leave.
  • Paid time off, paid company holidays, and paid office closures.
  • Mental health and wellness support.
  • Employer-paid basic life and disability coverage.
  • Annual learning and development stipend.
  • Daily office meals and eligible meal delivery credits.
  • Relocation support for eligible employees.
