As the leader of Partner Services Delivery and Success within Partnerships at Anthropic, you will lead the global field delivery, partner success, and partner health teams that make Claude deployments succeed at customers when partners build and run them. This senior leadership role reports to the Global Head of Partnerships.

The function is responsible for ensuring that partner-led Claude deployments are delivered on time, on track, at a high quality bar, with strong customer satisfaction and measurable business impact. The role involves building a new organization, scaling delivery capacity, and adapting deployment methods as AI models and use cases evolve.

Responsibilities

• Define deployment strategy and approaches for deploying Claude through partners, including supported deployment models and partner selection.
• Build, hire, lead, and grow a global field delivery organization across the Americas and international markets.
• Establish delivery cadence, quality standards, customer satisfaction measures, and deployment accountability for partner-led engagements.
• Define delivery assurance standards, inspect live engagements, identify root causes of shortfalls, and approve partners to deliver work when they meet the required standard.
• Lead partner success by developing partner delivery capabilities, reusable implementation patterns, and centers of excellence within major partners.
• Establish partner health measurement and escalation processes independently from commercial relationship teams.
• Coordinate with account executives, partner account and success teams, and partner delivery leadership to maintain unified deployment plans and ownership.
• Build relationships with delivery leaders at major partners, technology and business leaders at their clients, and Applied AI, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams at Anthropic.
• Develop delivery capabilities in markets that do not yet have them.
• Build measurement systems for deployment effectiveness, quality signals, and delivery patterns.
• Make the organization AI-native by using Claude for delivery records, quality signals, and pattern-finding.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic partner-led deployments.
• Travel to partner and customer sites and conferences for executive sessions, technical workshops, and relationship building.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and the evolving partner market.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technical delivery, professional services, or solutions leadership, including several years leading leaders.
• Experience building a delivery organization and executing through a period when delivery volume increased by an order of magnitude.
• Experience being accountable for large enterprise deployments reaching production and being used, not only delivered according to plan.
• Experience running delivery through other people's engineers while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience working with or inside global systems integrators and advisory firms, with an understanding of their delivery practices, staffing, and economics.
• Understanding of go-to-market organizations based on a consumption business model rather than SaaS sales cycles.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases and agent architectures.
• Experience building with large language models, including evaluations and understanding the gap between systems that work in review and systems that operate reliably in production.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to build durable relationships with technical and business leaders at partners and their clients.
• Interest in making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial.
• Active interest in emerging AI research and industry trends.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The required field of study must be relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Strong candidates may also have led delivery during the first years of a technology, building delivery methods while executing engagements and turning successful practices into repeatable approaches.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $540,000–$585,000 USD.
