The Bloomberg Financial Solutions department supports clients through implementation and ongoing partnership. The Portfolio Buy-Side Implementation team onboards new and existing clients to PORT Enterprise, Bloomberg's portfolio and risk management solution.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client onboarding for PORT Enterprise across the Americas.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to understand client workflows, configure solutions, and ensure successful implementations.
Manage implementation timelines and project plans.
Set up data ingestion and configure workflows.
Support data validation, analytics reconciliation, and technical problem-solving.
Deliver client training.
Maintain regular stakeholder engagement throughout complex implementations.
Work with Engineering teams on technical and data-related challenges.
Support client engagements that may require travel.

Requirements

5+ years of experience at a buy-side financial institution or in financial engineering or structuring.
Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and attribution workflows.
Deep knowledge of portfolio analytics across fixed income, equities, and derivatives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
Experience working with Engineering teams on technical and data-related challenges.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Experience delivering client-facing training.
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred; CFA is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ownership mindset and the ability to drive issues through to resolution.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and workflows.
Technical skills such as Python, APIs, and SFTP.
