ING Hubs Poland is hiring for the International Talent Programme (ITP), a two-year traineeship within the Operations and Change Center of Excellence. The programme starts in October 2026 and includes three rotations, one of which may be abroad if circumstances allow. After completing the rotations, the trainee will start a permanent role.

The programme is designed to provide talented graduates with knowledge, skills, and on-the-job experience to develop into future leaders. It includes international collaboration with trainees in 14 countries, global events, rotations across business units, and opportunities to work abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in three job rotations during the first 18 months.
  • Gain insights into various business units and work abroad in one of ING's countries for 3–6 months.
  • Attend global events and training programmes.
  • Participate in international onboarding, including a one-week event at ING headquarters in Amsterdam.
  • Develop technical, professional, and leadership skills through mentoring, feedback, and coaching.
  • Build relationships with business partners and contribute to decision-making.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Fluent English at C1 level.
  • Maximum of two years of work experience outside studies.
  • Basic hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines from studies, internships, or personal projects.
  • Comfort working in a Linux environment.
  • Basic scripting or programming skills.
  • Interest in working in an international environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with business partners and make decisions.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
  • Basic knowledge of databases.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm.
  • International experience.
  • Leadership activities, such as charity work, leading a group, or participation in organizations such as AIESEC.
