Marketing Specialist

CVZilla is an early-stage startup building a modern tech job board. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help define and execute our initial growth strategy.

This is a B2B contractor role. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, bring ideas to the table, and help shape how the product is positioned and promoted. There is no fixed “playbook” yet — you’ll have real influence over strategy, channels, and experiments from the start.

Location: preferably remote from Amsterdam, but can be anywhere.
Engagement: part-time to start, with the option to scale up as the project grows.

About the role:

• Help experiment with how this product finds users
• Try ideas, test assumptions, keep what works, drop what doesn’t
• Learn fast, ship small things, iterate

What matters more than your background:

• You’re proactive and not afraid to try
• You can work independently without needing constant direction
• You’re okay with ambiguity and early-stage chaos
• You’re interested in tech and early products
