Web Content Manager

Details

The Marketing department works on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives for privacy and security products, including Threat Protection Pro, the NordLynx protocol, and VPN services. This role manages web content production, landing pages, and marketing campaign updates in collaboration with Development, Product, Design, CRO, SEO, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Development, Product, Design, CRO, SEO, and Marketing teams to launch new campaigns and landing pages.
• Build high-quality landing pages and website updates using predefined CMS content units and blocks, while incorporating new copy and visual assets.
• Ensure the timely delivery of new landing pages and marketing campaigns.
• Revise and update existing content with new product information or layout changes.
• Participate in the full web production lifecycle.
• Partner with Development teams to troubleshoot bugs and advocate for new CMS features or components when existing tools limit the team's potential.
• Perform quality checks on landing pages to verify accuracy, functionality, and performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues or bugs before final launch.

Requirements

• Experience with any content management system (CMS) and a technically minded approach.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in daily work.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver them on time.
• Ability to question existing processes and propose improved, business-driven alternatives.
• Ownership of tasks and projects, with responsibility for seeing them through to successful completion and maintaining a focus on quality.
• Comfort with ambiguity and constant change.
• Sharp attention to detail, including under pressure.
