Glean is the Work AI platform that helps organizations find, use, and act on knowledge through enterprise search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents. The platform includes over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, an Enterprise Graph, and a Personal Knowledge Graph.
As Product Manager for Agent Security and Governance, you will develop product features and technologies spanning explainable and transparent AI systems, identification and prevention of AI risks, and observability, security, and privacy for AI agents and their underlying data. You will help shape the product roadmap and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Success, leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Spend significant time with customers to understand their knowledge and security needs.
- Develop key parts of the product roadmap by aligning customer needs with the product vision.
- Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
- Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
- Build processes that scale with the company's rapid growth.
- Develop features related to explainable and transparent AI, AI risk identification and prevention, and AI agent observability, security, and privacy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises.
- Experience with security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations.
- Strong technical background.
- Experience with UX and API-driven products, integration paths, and third-party product partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ownership, initiative, and ability to deliver results.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.

Location
- Hybrid role requiring four days per week in the Mountain View office.
Compensation & Benefits
- Standard base salary range of $160,000–$280,000 annually.
