  • Ability to prioritize between customer demand, risk, and engineering cost and communicate decisions clearly.
  • Ability to understand how privacy, safety, legal risk, and commercial impact interact and translate that understanding into a coherent product vision.

  • Minimum education of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with deep exposure to privacy, security, or compliance products.
  • Experience building or scaling audit logging, key management, data residency, retention, or access governance products for regulated customers.
  • Experience shipping controls across multiple cloud providers or partnering with AWS, GCP, or Azure at the platform level.
  • Experience with certification, attestation, or trust center programs, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP.
  • Experience using Claude, Claude Code, or comparable agentic tools and forming opinions about the data controls they should offer.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $305,000–$385,000 USD
