Details

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the planning and execution rhythm for enterprise quote-to-cash systems. The role will coordinate programs across engineering, go-to-market systems, finance, legal, and operations teams, covering configure-price-quote, contracting, order management, provisioning, billing, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for quote-to-cash, including a shared roadmap, clear directly responsible individuals, sequenced dependencies, and a single source of truth for priorities and status.
  • Drive high-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery, across engineering, GTM systems, deal desk, order management, accounting, and legal.
  • Own the SOX readiness program for quote-to-cash systems, including gap closure, control design, evidence collection, and coordination with internal audit.
  • Manage technical dependencies across CPQ, the contract data model, provisioning automation, the billing platform, and integrations between these systems.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of technical program management experience, with a track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • Technical depth in enterprise systems integration, including CPQ, ERP, billing, and provisioning platforms; the data flows between them; and the tradeoffs between configuring SaaS and building custom solutions.
  • Experience running compliance or audit-readiness programs such as SOX or SOC, with an understanding of how control design, evidence collection, and engineering delivery fit together.
  • Ability to build trust with engineers, finance and accounting partners, sales operations, legal teams, and executives, and translate between these groups.
  • Ability to operate effectively while the operating model is still being defined.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The required field of study should be relevant to the role through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in revenue operations, order-to-cash, billing platform, or finance systems product management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, contract lifecycle management, or marketplace provisioning on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Benefits

Anthropic offers competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and office spaces for collaboration. The role follows a location-based hybrid policy, with staff expected to be in one of the company's offices at least 25% of the time. Anthropic explicitly sponsors visas, although sponsorship is evaluated based on the role and candidate.
