Product Operations Manager, Claude.ai (Consumer & Growth)

Anthropic is hiring a Product Operations Manager to embed within the Claude.ai product team. The role will help program manage model performance, launch readiness, and the operating model for the Claude.ai and Growth product teams. It combines hands-on execution with building systems that enable confident launches of new models and features.

The role will ensure evaluation coverage exists, track completion of launch requirements, resolve issues before they become surprises, run core operating rhythms, and develop feedback-loop systems connecting consumer users with product development.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize model performance through prompting-update tracking, issue prioritization, and go/no-go decision-making in collaboration with Research, Product, and Engineering.
• Own launch readiness for Claude.ai, including launch checklists, cross-functional team coordination, and visibility into status and roadmap.
• Run team operations for Claude.ai and Growth.
• Build feedback-loop systems for consumer-user intake, triage, and synthesis.
• Coordinate across functions without formal authority.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or launch readiness roles at fast-paced technology companies.
• Experience operationalizing model performance, ideally at an application-layer AI product company; writing evaluations is not required.
• Experience building or improving an operational process end to end.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in a role that is still being defined.
• Strong cross-functional influence.
• Experience building a feedback or issue-triage system from scratch.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
