Details

ING Hubs Poland is hiring senior specialists and experts to join squads working on risk reporting for areas located in the Netherlands. The team improves existing processes, unifies processes, structures, and environments, implements technology changes, proposes new data-processing solutions, and collects, analyzes, and documents business requirements. The role operates in an international environment using English daily, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of data marts.
  • Develop automated solutions.
  • Design and implement data models supporting analytical and reporting needs.
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards based on credit risk data.
  • Collaborate with data architects to optimize data structures and ensure scalability.
  • Build ETL workflows.
  • Prepare functional and non-functional documentation.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience of 3–5 years in data reporting.
  • Experience in data management, including data modeling and data reporting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SAS 4GL or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one reporting tool: Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics, or IBM Cognos.
  • Good command of English; C1 level preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data warehouse environments.
  • Experience with ETL data processing using different tools.
  • Familiarity with or experience in business lending, consumer lending, and credit risk management.

Additional Information

The expected monthly salary ranges are 9,600–18,000 PLN for a Senior Specialist position and 13,000–22,000 PLN for an Expert position. The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Data Management Expert III” or “Data Management Expert IV”. The financial ranges may differ from the ranges specified in the remuneration regulations.
