Details

This is a fixed-term contract role running through January 2028, covering a colleague's leave of absence. The role reports to the Senior Manager, People Solutions, and owns the day-to-day configuration and support of core Workday HCM modules for Collibra's global workforce. This is a fully remote role based in Poland.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Workato-based automations and prototype agentic workflows using tools such as Claude, connecting Workday, an applicant tracking system, and other People Technology systems.
Own day-to-day configuration and integration upkeep for Workday's core HCM modules, including Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
Manage the full lifecycle of security access requests and business process configuration.
Develop Workday reports that provide stakeholders with actionable and reliable data.
Test and deploy new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases, identifying issues early.
Within the first month, learn the Workday configuration and Workato automation environment, shadow existing processes, and build relationships with the People Technology team.
Within the third month, independently handle configuration, testing, and support requests across all four modules and ship a Workato automation or agentic workflow prototype.
Within the sixth month, take full ownership of the module scope and deliver at least one automation or process improvement extending beyond Workday HCM into another People Operations area.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and integrations, including administration of Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits.
Experience with an iPaaS or automation tool such as Workato is a plus.
Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse or a similar system is a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
Ability to manage Workday security, reporting, and complex business process configuration end to end.
Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical system changes for business stakeholders.
Interest in building with tools such as Claude and Workato and improving processes beyond Workday HCM.
Ability to work independently and build strong working relationships remotely.

Contract Details

Fixed-term contract running through January 2028.
Fully remote work arrangement.

Compensation

Base salary: 128,000 PLN–160,000 PLN per year.
Not eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
Total rewards package includes bonus potential, equity for eligible roles, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, health coverage, and time off.
