Join NVIDIA's team building and operating foundational cloud services for Identity and Access Management through the Unified Access Management Platform (UAM). UAM is a policy-as-code system that enforces access control decisions across numerous NVIDIA cloud services. As NVIDIA's cloud offerings expand, this role will introduce new features, improve scalability and reliability, and increase the operational efficiency of foundational cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to introduce innovative features and integrations on the UAM Platform.
  • Collaborate with diverse service teams to support the successful delivery of critical organizational objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end process of designing, coding, and deploying features to production.
  • Ensure the successful integration and adoption of UAM across NVIDIA cloud services.
  • Participate in on-call support schedules and provide after-hours service support.
  • Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, or applied AI.
  • Experience operating cloud services at scale, including millions of transactions, low latency, and high availability.
  • Expert-level knowledge of AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, and the GitOps model.
  • Understanding of authorization strategies, including access control lists (ACL), role-based access control (RBAC), and attribute-based access control (ABAC).

Preferred Qualifications

  • General understanding of Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) projects.
  • Experience with multiple IaaS cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Experience building function-as-a-service cloud services such as AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions.
  • Background in software development using AI tools such as Codex and Claude.
