Details
The DGX Cloud TPM Team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, multi-functional programs that power NVIDIA’s next-generation AI infrastructure. This role involves driving full-stack initiatives involving software, hardware, and cloud platforms and supporting NVIDIA’s top AI researchers and engineers in building and scaling new inference and training workloads.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of DGX Cloud product initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and operationalization across NVIDIA’s cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and implement metrics for measuring program effectiveness and identifying improvement areas; collect and analyze data to support planning and data-driven decisions.
- Report on overall program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive organizational alignment and efficiency by coordinating with multi-functional leads and streamlining processes.
- Develop and drive delivery of roadmaps and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together.
- Manage and improve existing product development; collaborate with engineering management to improve development workflow and engineering efficiency.
- Identify and address risks that impact scope, schedule, and quality.
- Regularly communicate program status and key issues to management and across teams within the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years program management experience, including proven ability managing global projects across multiple time zones.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, full-stack architecture, and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platforms.
- Experience with Jira and/or Aha; ability to guide engineering teams on using these tools and implementing Agile/Scrum processes.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically; build consensus and resolve technical issues and resource conflicts.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
- MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Experience in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.

Compensation & Additional Information
- Base salary ranges (location and level dependent):
- Level 4: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD per year
- Level 5: 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD per year
- Eligible for equity and benefits.
