Details
The DGX Cloud TPM Team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multifunctional programs that power NVIDIA's next-generation AI infrastructure. This role involves driving full-stack initiatives involving software, hardware, and cloud platforms while supporting NVIDIA's AI researchers and engineers in building and scaling inference and training workloads.
The role requires strong technical competence, a proactive approach, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple organizational levels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of DGX Cloud product initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and operationalization across NVIDIA's cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and implement metrics for measuring program effectiveness and identifying improvement areas.
- Collect and analyze data to support planning and data-driven decisions.
- Report overall program status and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive organizational alignment and efficiency by coordinating with multifunctional leads and streamlining processes.
- Develop and drive delivery of roadmaps and schedules across multiple interdependent workstreams.
- Manage and improve existing product development processes.
- Collaborate with engineering management to improve development workflows and engineering efficiency.
- Identify and address risks affecting scope, schedule, and quality.
- Communicate program status and key issues regularly to management and teams across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience, including a proven ability to manage global projects across multiple time zones.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, full-stack architecture, and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platforms.
- Experience with Jira and/or AHA, including guiding engineering teams in the use of these tools and implementing Agile/Scrum processes.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically, build consensus, resolve technical issues, and address resource conflicts.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in artificial intelligence is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits
The base salary range is USD 168,000–258,750 for Level 4 and USD 200,000–322,000 for Level 5. Salary is determined based on location, experience, and compensation for employees in similar positions. The role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
