- Communicate status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to technical and executive audiences.
- Drive cross-functional execution with urgency, care, quality, and accountability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs focused on infrastructure security, data privacy, compliance, or enterprise platform capabilities.
- Deep fluency in the intersection of engineering systems, security controls, and regulatory expectations.
- Proven success driving highly cross-functional initiatives across engineering, infrastructure, legal, compliance, and product stakeholders.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences and build durable trust with partners.
- Systems thinking, structured problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-trust environments.
