Senior Technical Program Manager, Sensor IQ

NVIDIA is looking for a Technical Program Manager for Sensor Image Quality. NVIDIA's AGX platform enables breakthroughs in robotics, autonomous driving, and medical imaging, which require powerful image sensors and image processing that meet the quality demands of NVIDIA's products, customers, and partner ecosystem.

The Image Quality team delivers image quality using NVIDIA's Image Signal Processor and AI within the Tegra System-on-Chip. This role coordinates with NVIDIA's internal image quality and software teams, ecosystem partners, and customers to ensure the highest levels of image quality are integrated into end-customer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, drive, and influence image-quality initiatives across NVIDIA internal image-quality and software teams, OEMs, Tier 1 companies, scaling partners, sensor partners, and module suppliers.
• Gather customer requirements and risks, scope work, build project plans across distributed teams and companies, drive execution, manage risks, communicate broadly, and strive for quality.
• Use generative AI skills to improve program-management processes.
• Coordinate across teams, companies, and countries using strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Communicate program status horizontally and vertically.
• Host regular meetings, manage project timelines, and perform bug lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of software development experience and demonstrated ability as a technical program manager or engineering manager.
• Hands-on experience working with customers, partners, and businesses ranging from small companies to very large organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of software development; experience with imaging pipelines and image hardware is a plus.
• Solid understanding of project-management principles, including agentic AI usage.
• Ability to translate requirements into specific tasks for functional areas assigned to internal and external resources.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to coordinate with company leaders and other teams and build strong working relationships.
• Excellent presentation skills.
