Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform used by businesses worldwide to accept payments, grow revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. The Solutions Architecture Team partners with users to adopt prescriptive solutions that drive growth and success.

Specialist Solutions Architects are domain experts aligned to specific Stripe products. They advise pre-sales teams, work with customers on complex opportunities, support revenue attainment, enable the broader go-to-market organization, and provide insights to product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth product discussions with users and prospects and execute the go-to-market strategy for Stripe's crypto and stablecoin products, including Bridge and Privy.
• Act as a subject matter expert on crypto and stablecoin products, digital asset infrastructure, stablecoin protocols, blockchain networks, and crypto payment solutions.
• Understand regulatory landscapes and compliance requirements for crypto and stablecoin implementations across jurisdictions, including MiCA and the United States regulatory landscape.
• Create reference architectures and reusable assets, and refine reference solutions based on product enhancements and customer feedback.
• Partner with crypto, Bridge, and Privy product teams on new products and features.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer to influence product and feature prioritization.
• Identify product, industry, implementation, competitive, and market differentiation trends in the crypto ecosystem.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and work with Stripe's engineering team to resolve them.
• Support account and deal strategy for crypto and stablecoin implementations.
• Provide sales tools and training to qualify potential leads.
• Support executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows focused on crypto and blockchain technology.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders, including CTOs, CFOs, Heads of Digital Assets, and Treasury teams.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of technical sales or solutions engineering experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or blockchain companies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cryptocurrency, stablecoins, or blockchain technology implementations.
• Deep understanding of stablecoin protocols, DeFi ecosystems, and crypto payment infrastructure.
• Experience with blockchain APIs and integrating digital asset solutions into traditional financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing digital assets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex crypto concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for researching current and emerging crypto products and developing innovative solutions.
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, work through ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software engineering and architecture patterns, including how blockchain technologies interact with traditional systems.
• Experience enabling and scaling a go-to-market team in the crypto or fintech space.
• Experience with traditional payment systems and their integration with crypto infrastructure.
• Background in treasury management, corporate finance, or digital asset custody solutions.
• Experience in systems design and building and deploying complex crypto applications.
• Understanding of cross-border payments and international money movement regulations.
