Details

Anthropic is seeking a Product Partnerships specialist with experience in the security industry to support product partnership strategy across SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, cloud and workload security, GRC, and the AI-native security startup ecosystem. The role collaborates with product, research, engineering, policy, legal, and go-to-market teams to build platform strategy, source partners, and shape joint initiatives. This is explicitly not a sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Research, source, structure, and close strategic collaborations across the security ecosystem.
  • Serve as Anthropic's internal subject-matter expert on security partnerships.
  • Help research, product, and leadership teams understand the market, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions.
  • Map the sector and prioritize high-impact organizations for engagement.
  • Build a partnership pipeline and determine where Anthropic should focus.
  • Drive partnerships through R&D, IT, legal, compliance, and procurement organizations.
  • Enable product or platform integrations where relevant, working with partner engineering teams and maintaining a high quality bar.
  • Coordinate across research, product, engineering, policy, and legal to structure compliant, deliverable, and valuable partnerships.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience inside the security industry in partnerships, business development, alliances, product partnerships, or a comparable area.
  • Deep familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, cloud/workload security, GRC, or AI-native security startups.
  • Demonstrated success landing complex, multi-stakeholder security partnerships, including integration deals, ecosystem programs, or major vendor partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial operating style.
  • Technical fluency in security workflows and AI/ML sufficient to engage credibly with CISOs, security architects, and product leaders.
  • Fluency in enterprise security regulatory and compliance environments, including SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and sector-specific regulations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to translate across business, engineering, and policy teams.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The field of study should be relevant to the role through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or operating an ecosystem program or developer/community function in security.
  • An established network across SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud security, and AI-native security startups.

Benefits

Anthropic offers competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and an office space for collaboration.
