Details

Nebius is a cloud computing company building infrastructure for the global AI economy. This role sits in the Hardware Infrastructure department and focuses on hardware purchasing and supplier management for Europe and the United States. The position is a high-impact, cross-functional role that works closely with IT/engineering, purchasing, finance, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

Process local purchases end-to-end: receive purchase tasks with descriptions and lead times, and manage receiving goods at locations in Europe and the USA.
Manage and expand the local suppliers database and existing supplier relationships (IT hardware suppliers).
Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT/engineering, purchasing, finance, and logistics.
Create dashboards and reports on existing tasks to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within deadlines.

Requirements

Experience in IT purchases or a related role with an existing IT hardware suppliers network.
Working proficiency in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Good time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Advanced experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
(Nice to have) Understanding of NetSuite.
