Help manage the systems behind privacy and security products, supporting millions of users by maintaining secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices, from deployment to retirement.
Create scripts and automations to streamline device management.
Administer identity and access integrations, including JumpCloud, Okta, and Google Workspace.
Apply device hardening best practices and align endpoint infrastructure with business and security goals.
Serve as a subject-matter resource for macOS and iOS challenges.
Collaborate with security, IT, and engineering teams to improve endpoint workflows.
Manage systems, SaaS tools, identity providers, and the integrations between them.

Requirements

Approximately one year of experience administering macOS devices in a business environment.
Solid understanding of macOS system architecture and built-in security features.
Production experience with Bash or Zsh scripting.
Hands-on experience with an MDM platform such as JumpCloud, Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, or a similar tool.
Experience creating and deploying configuration profiles.
Experience administering SaaS systems.
Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and at least one identity provider.
Friendly, helpful attitude and strong communication skills.
Good written and spoken English.

Bonus Skills

Python, Swift, or workflow automation tools.
API integrations between identity, security, and management systems.
Software deployment and packaging with Munki, AutoPkg, or similar tools.
Google Workspace administration.
Identity provider administration.
Windows or Linux endpoint management.
