Details

You'll work alongside the existing Technical Operations Manager on the Strat Ops team to build, maintain, and scale the internal systems that keep the company running. The role focuses primarily on AI-assisted internal tooling, agent infrastructure and evaluations, and integrations across the company's technology stack. You'll work across teams, especially BizOps and People, to identify operational toil, automate processes, build solutions quickly, and create documentation that enables self-service.

The role has broad scope, requires a high degree of ownership and autonomy, and involves working directly with stakeholders to understand problems and ship practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Automation and AI leads on agent infrastructure, evaluations, and AI-assisted internal tools, including an internal IT support agent and other AI-powered workflows; approximately 40% of the role.
  • Build and maintain internal automations and integrations using n8n, Python, TypeScript, and AI agents across Linear, Ramp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, 1Password, Kandji, and GCP; approximately 30% of the role.
  • Create documentation, runbooks, and self-service systems; approximately 20% of the role.
  • Support broader Strat Ops and BizOps requests as they arise; approximately 10% of the role.
  • Identify operational friction across the business and develop practical, quickly shipped solutions.
  • Maintain systems and document them so other teams can self-serve.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a technical generalist role, such as tech operations, IT engineering, platform engineering, or solutions engineering, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go, including real systems built and maintained.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks such as Claude, MCP, RAG, or similar technologies, with a clear understanding of appropriate use cases.
  • Practical experience integrating SaaS systems through APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation using n8n, Zapier, or custom orchestration.
  • Comfort with at least one major cloud platform, with GCP preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, 1Password, Kandji, or equivalent tools.
  • Working knowledge of identity systems such as SSO/SCIM and Okta or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Kandji or Jamf is a plus.
  • Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR compliance programs, or shipping internal AI products, is a bonus.
  • Strong builder mentality, ownership, autonomy, cross-functional communication, and documentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary of $117,000–$120,000 USD, or equivalent in local currency, depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for the employee and family.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Remote work and wellness stipends.
