The Web Product Team oversees Nord Account, the central hub where millions of users authorize their accounts and manage subscriptions for NordVPN and its cybersecurity portfolio. The team is establishing a dedicated UX Writing team to create seamless, intuitive, and human-centered experiences across web products and mobile apps.

The multidisciplinary design team includes product designers, web designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and graphic designers. The team focuses on simplifying complex cybersecurity topics through clear, human, and high-quality design, while valuing ownership, honest feedback, creative initiative, and responsibility for craft.

Responsibilities

• Own UX writing for end-to-end web and app flows, including onboarding and subscription management.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and developers to solve user problems through design and logic.
• Work with Legal, Retention, Brand, and Localization teams to deliver compliant, on-brand, and globally ready copy.
• Maintain and evolve the brand voice and UX writing guidelines.
• Build content and accessibility standards within the growing design system.
• Use research and usability testing to iterate on copy based on user behavior.
• Advocate for UX writing best practices and distinguish product-led communication from marketing copy.
• Build evidence-based cases for content decisions, align stakeholders across squads, and advocate for UX writing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX Writing or Content Design experience in a fast-paced digital product environment.
• Proven ability to turn technical complexity into clear, concise, and user-centered microcopy.
• A portfolio or case studies demonstrating the content design process.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance writing workflows and scale content production.
• Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
• Research-oriented approach, using data and testing to inform content decisions.
• Native-level English and exceptional writing skills, with attention to detail and global nuances.

The role is based in Vilnius or Kaunas and follows a hybrid work model.
