Details

ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Workday Security/HCM Specialist to support and improve Workday HCM and Security solutions for the Global HR team, which delivers HR services to more than 50,000 colleagues worldwide. The team uses solutions including Workday and ServiceNow to unify, simplify, and improve the end-user experience.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise as a subject matter expert in Workday Security.
Participate in design and modification efforts to align the system with business objectives.
Perform Workday administrative functions related to Workday Security.
Manage the production environment and establish a well-controlled systems environment.
Provide end-user support, change management, and issue resolution.
Collaborate daily with international stakeholders around the world.

Requirements

Ability to resolve issues in Workday HCM and Security.
Workday Security Certificate or equivalent, which is essential for the role.
Experience providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements, and performing system design and configuration.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Interest in improvements and innovation.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with HR and IT clients.
Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Additional experience considered an advantage:

Participation in Workday delivery and support, particularly with a focus on Workday Security.
Workday Security process optimization.
Workday Reporting.
HR functional experience.
Cross-functional knowledge of other Workday modules.
