Details
SentinelOne is seeking an AI-native product manager to join the Purple AI team and lead the vision and execution of next-generation agentic security features. Purple AI helps modern security operations center teams detect earlier, respond faster, and stay ahead of attackers. The role owns the roadmap for new agentic capabilities and the evolution of SentinelOne's conversational AI experience.
This is a high-visibility, strategic role involving executive leadership and close collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and pricing strategy teams. The position requires up to 15% travel to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the strategy and vision for Purple AI, described as an industry-first generative AI security analyst, along with new AI features supporting SentinelOne's next phase of growth.
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, delivering measurable customer and business impact.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs, including product metrics, user research, and market analysis, to shape the roadmap and build customer-centric solutions.
- Make robust decisions amid incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous information, manage risk, and rally cross-functional teams around a shared path forward.
- Refine online and offline evaluation metrics to track customer-perceived quality and value.
- Drive the data-sourcing strategy to continuously improve model and pipeline performance.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and documentation teams to craft a compelling product narrative that drives adoption of AI products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise product management experience; cybersecurity product experience is preferred.
- 5+ years building AI/ML products.
- 3+ years launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical grasp of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, agentic AI, natural language processing (NLP), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity, frame trade-offs, and make decisions balancing technical complexity, user experience, and business value.
- Ownership mentality, including proven accountability, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
- Clear, efficient, and persuasive written and verbal communication across audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate the full product management workflow and improve the speed and quality of decision-making.
