Details

Lead design at Promptwatch, an AI search visibility platform used by businesses to monitor, rank, and grow their brand visibility across AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI. Own the design vision across product, brand, marketing, and data storytelling while remaining hands-on and working directly with the founding team.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design vision across product, brand, and marketing.
• Set and uphold the quality bar for everything the company ships.
• Lead the design of complex data dashboards and analytics experiences.
• Define and scale the design system, brand identity, and visual guidelines.
• Partner with the founding team on product strategy and roadmap.
• Direct data visualizations and infographics for the product and public research reports.
• Build scalable design processes, including critiques, handoffs, and research cadence.
• Mentor and grow designers as the team expands.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, including experience leading design or mentoring designers.
• Expert-level Figma skills.
• A strong portfolio of shipped products, ideally in data-heavy B2B SaaS.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
• Expertise in data visualization and information design.
• Ability to set design direction and rally teams behind it.
• Strong typography, layout, and color skills.
• Comfort balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a founding or first design hire.
• Experience hiring and managing designers.
• Motion design experience with After Effects, Lottie, or Principle.
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or technology branding.

Compensation

• Salary: €75,000–€105,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Equity stake.
