Design is a core differentiator for us, from the product experience to public-facing research and campaigns.
As Design Lead you'll own the design vision and quality bar across the entire company: product UX, data visualization, brand identity, and marketing. You'll set direction, build scalable design systems and processes, and grow the design team over time, all while remaining hands-on in the work. You'll partner directly with the founding team on product strategy and shape how thousands of businesses interact with AI search data every day.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the design vision across product, brand, and marketing
- Set and uphold the quality bar for everything we ship
- Lead the design of complex data dashboards and analytics experiences
- Define and scale our design system, brand identity, and visual guidelines
- Partner with the founding team on product strategy and roadmap
- Direct data visualizations and infographics for the product and public research reports
- Build design processes that scale: critiques, handoff, research cadence
- Mentor and grow designers as the team expands
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Requirements
- 7+ years in product design, with experience leading design or mentoring designers
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Strong portfolio of shipped products, ideally data-heavy B2B SaaS
- Track record of building and maintaining design systems at scale
- Data visualization and information design expertise
- Ability to set design direction and rally teams behind it
- Strong typography, layout, and color sense
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
Nice to Have
- Experience as a founding or first design hire
- Experience hiring and managing designers
- Motion design (After Effects, Lottie, Principle)
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience with B2B SaaS or tech branding
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: €75,000 - €105,000 (depending on experience)
