Details

NVIDIA develops GPU, AI, embedded, autonomous vehicle, robotics, and data center technologies. The team builds products including GPU PCIe cards, SHIELD consumer devices, Jetson embedded platforms, DRIVE autonomous vehicle technologies, and modular data center architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead go-to-market efforts for assigned products throughout the product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining.
Drive priorities to ensure products meet schedule, scope, and budget targets, proactively escalating risks and obstacles.
Collaborate with matrixed partners across hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues.
Communicate product status to internal NVIDIA teams, including executive stakeholders, and JDM/ODM partners from initial requirements definition through production delivery.
Provide leadership and direction to JDM and ODM partners to align with NVIDIA expectations and monitor progress toward product release.
Improve product quality by monitoring customer issues and post-launch feedback, managing internal beta testing, and integrating user feedback into the product roadmap.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience.
Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
Strong project, program, and product management fundamentals.
A culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and first-principles problem-solving.
Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment, with comfort working amid ambiguity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Successful delivery of products from concept through launch.
Deep understanding of server product development processes, including hardware design fundamentals, firmware development, system validation, and project management.
Understanding of new product introduction processes, including manufacturing, quality, RMA, and end-of-life activities.
Master's degree in engineering or business.
Project management certification or training.
