Our team builds a wide range of products — GPU PCIe cards, SHIELD consumer devices, Jetson embedded platforms, DRIVE autonomous vehicle technologies, modular data center architectures, and more. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help bring ground-breaking technologies to life.

Responsibilities

Lead go-to-market efforts for product(s) across the product lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining.
Drive priorities to ensure product(s) meet schedule, scope, and budget targets; proactively elevate risks and remove obstacles.
Work with a matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues.
Communicate product status to internal teams (including executives) and JDM/ODM partners from initial requirements through production delivery.
Provide leadership and direction to JDM and ODM partners to align with NVIDIA expectations and monitor progress to release the product to market.
Continuously improve product quality by tracking customer issues and feedback after launch, managing internal beta testing, and integrating user feedback into the product roadmap.

Requirements

BS degree or greater in an engineering field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of working experience.
Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
Strong project, program, and product management fundamentals.
Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
Culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ways to stand out from the crowd

Successfully delivering products from concept through launch.
Deep understanding of server product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware design, firmware development, system validation, and project management skills.
Proven understanding of NPI processes, including working with operations on manufacturing, quality, RMA, and EOL.
Master’s degree in engineering or business is a bonus.
PM certification/training is a plus (not required).

Compensation & Other details

Base salary range (Level 3): 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD.
Base salary range (Level 4): 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.
