Details

The Credit Risk Data Remediation team ensures that Default and LGD data is of appropriate quality for model development purposes by processing cashflow, facility, and collateral data.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the LLM project of the LGD Data Automation team.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify needs and recommend solutions, including designing and developing management reports or dashboards based on management information requirements.
  • Engage stakeholders who will use automated processes and gather their input to ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Assist with testing, migration, and implementation of new systems.
  • Monitor automated processes after deployment and collect feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train team members on new tools and processes.
  • Participate in and recommend the development, maintenance, and optimization of policies and guidelines within Data Remediation.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership in work and/or academic settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably at all organizational levels, including senior leaders.
  • Expertise in automation and data transformation tools, such as Microsoft Excel macros, SQL, or SAS programming.
  • Good project management skills and the ability to create clear rollout plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic, and changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a high sense of urgency in meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to influence others and think creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • During the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.
