As a Marketing Operations Analyst (Data & Systems), you will work in a technical research and optimization role focused on the integrity of SentinelOne's marketing engine rather than campaign execution. You will investigate complex systems, solve data discrepancies, optimize workflows, and serve as the Secondary Administrator for the MarTech stack.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive audits into system behaviors, sync errors, and workflow logic, using AI tools to accelerate pattern detection and root-cause analysis.
  • Lead data hygiene and cleanup initiatives, including de-duplicating records, normalizing data fields, and overhauling legacy processes in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Design fixes for identified issues by drafting technical requirements and prescribing solutions to improve system efficiency.
  • Maintain lifecycle models and ensure leads move through the funnel correctly through advanced reporting and analysis.
  • Use AI to identify anomalies and bottlenecks that manual reporting may miss.
  • Support the primary administrators in managing the MarTech stack, including Reachdesk, Qualified, Demandbase, PathFactory, and Splash.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation covering scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and system logic.
  • Reduce the sync error rate between Marketo and Salesforce by 50% within the first six months.
  • Standardize data entry points to ensure 100% accuracy in lead source reporting.
  • Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks before they affect the Sales team's outreach.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a strong focus on data analysis and systems architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce, including complex smart lists, flow actions, custom objects, and report builders.
  • Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to audit large volumes of data to identify logic errors.
  • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of how changes in one marketing technology tool affect Salesforce and downstream reporting.
  • AI fluency, including experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to draft workflow logic, query syntax, and technical documentation and to accelerate data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of work experience.

Compensation

The U.S. base salary range is $92,800–$128,000 USD, with location-based variations possible.
