Details

NVIDIA is seeking a Process Enablement Lead to improve how teams plan, collaborate, make decisions, and deliver work. The role focuses on simplifying processes, reducing delivery friction, improving information access, and testing AI-assisted approaches that make delivery easier and more reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist teams with backlog preparation and prioritization, realistic work planning, and daily discussions focused on progress, blockers, and next steps.
  • Help teams review completed work, gather feedback, and agree on improvements for the next cycle.
  • Bring the right people into decisions, raise risks early, and manage dependencies before they slow delivery.
  • Simplify handoffs, reduce manual reporting, and make information easier to find.
  • Use AI to prepare summaries, organize knowledge, identify patterns, and provide teams with quicker access to relevant information.
  • Test new approaches with teams and measure whether they improve delivery efficiency and reliability.
  • Apply judgment and flexibility rather than following a rigid playbook.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience leading Agile projects, program delivery, product operations, engineering operations, or similar work.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
  • Demonstrated experience improving processes using team feedback or delivery data.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to turn unclear situations into decisions and ownership.
  • Ability to clearly communicate progress, risks, and decisions to teammates, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders.
  • Hands-on experience setting up or improving AI-assisted workflows, including coding tools such as Claude and Codex.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to shape instructions and checks so work follows team processes and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Atlassian Rovo or similar enterprise AI tools for knowledge discovery, workflow automation, or software delivery support.
  • Experience supporting several teams, understanding how each team works, identifying delivery obstacles, and selectively introducing changes that improve efficiency or product outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Level 4 base salary: USD 144,000–230,000 per year.
  • Level 5 base salary: USD 168,000–270,250 per year.
  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
  • Applications will be accepted at least until August 14, 2026.
  • This posting is for an existing vacancy.
  • NVIDIA uses AI tools in its recruiting processes.
  • NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive work environment.
