Glean is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to help define and build its emerging Enterprise Intelligence product area. The role sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise workflows, analytics, and product strategy. The successful candidate will help turn Glean's enterprise context layer into proactive intelligence products that help leaders and teams understand what is changing, where value is being created or lost, and where to act.
Glean's Work AI platform includes enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, more than 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, robust APIs, an Enterprise Graph, and a Personal Knowledge Graph. The role will help develop products involving enterprise context, connected system intelligence, structured and unstructured data, workflows, analytics, and proactive intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Intelligence.
- Translate company vision into specific product bets, experiences, and execution plans informed by customer needs and market signals.
- Work with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value enterprise intelligence use cases.
- Build actionable workflows, dashboards, recommendations, and proactive experiences for teams and leaders.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to turn ambiguous concepts into well-scoped products with clear user flows, interaction patterns, quality standards, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive customer-focused prioritization and efficient execution while balancing platform opportunities, user pain points, strategic customer requests, and company priorities.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, solutions, support, and forward-deployed teams to incorporate real customer problems into product strategy.
- Establish product foundations for proactive insights, organizational visibility, process understanding, and cross-functional decision support.
- Specify concrete workflows, UI behavior, interaction models, and adoption paths.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Track record of owning and shipping meaningful product areas in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, analytics products, or workflow/intelligence platforms.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product experiences.
- Deep interest in AI and enterprise software.
- Strong technical fluency and comfort partnering with engineering and data teams on structured and unstructured data, knowledge graphs, retrieval, and intelligence layers.
- Ability to demonstrate detailed product thinking, including user workflows, interaction models, and sequencing of product capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, emerging product areas and creating clarity, momentum, and alignment.

- Standard base salary: $170,000–$250,000 annually.

The interview process includes a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion covering how candidates think about, design, and use AI. Prior Glean experience is not required.
